1. Cloud Architect
Average Salary: $152,695/year OR $73/hour
If you’re an Cloud Architect, you’re responsible for designing the architecture behind the AWS cloud. In other words, you’re making sure the architecture is efficient and scalable while meeting business requirements. AWS Cloud Architects are often responsible for enterprise-level engagements and projects, so you’ll likely be working with large companies that are implementing AWS.
You’ll also need to be able to design solutions that meet customer requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions. You’ll also need to be able to understand and manage risks and costs, as well as advise on architectural decisions.
2. AWS Solutions Architect

An AWS Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and architecting solutions that integrate with AWS. This might include designing and architecting a company’s enterprise-level AWS architecture, or designing and architecting an individual solution that uses AWS.
